This summer we had a big Husky Family vacation extravaganza. It all started with Grandma and Grandpa Husky staying with us for a week while Eric and Lillian were home from work and school. Lots of good times were had, including a little train trip to lunch in Palo Alto, a trip to San Francisco to see the fine art at the Legion of Honor, and even a reptile show at our library! Grandpa Terry loves fine art and was very excited to take our budding artist to the Legion of Honor. Lillian enjoyed the museum for a little while, but soon decided she'd rather be playing at the playground at Golden Gate Park. Grandma Betty and Lillian collaborated on a pair of butterfly wings, which were a big hit at the library and park, though reptile man may have mentioned something about her being a possible food for the critters. But the vacation fun didn't end there, and we'll cover the rest of it soon.
